Peace on Earth Goodwill to All

Here we are: another year older, wiser and even more blessed. For such times throughout our nation and world, I find myself having to keep a narrow focus on the kind of peace and goodwill we can all use….

….our neighbors, families, friends, fellow business owners, community volunteers and most appropriate, customers of the Garibaldi Marina. Peace of mind, peace of heart and peace for all.

Did you realize that 2009 is our families’ 20^th year living our lives out at the Garibaldi Marina? Quite a trip, wouldn’t you say? Most of you remember when I was pregnant with Cody, Casey stringing bait standing on a bait box and I was invincible! Ha! Here’s where the blessings come in….None of us escape the trials of life. Jeff and I are blessed to have so many folks supporting our work, sharing our stories and making the journey a fun one: living the real deal!

This holiday season we wish you all the very best of peace, the very best of blessings and as always the very best fun of life. You all live the words most others only speak: this is not a dress rehearsal, this is the real thing! How beautiful and contagious that is! Now we’ve just got to convince others that regardless of the size of fish, number of crab or pounds of filets, the opportunity to simply be able to be on the water, catch a fish and eat a freshly caught crab is the real deal!

Here’s to all of you living the real deal!! Keep it up; soon everyone might just get what that really means!
